Terms of Service
These terms describe the rules for using Veltor and the responsibilities that come with an account.
Effective September 22, 2026
Using Veltor
You must be able to enter a binding agreement and, when acting for a company, have authority to accept these terms for that company. Keep your account and authentication methods secure, and tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed them without permission.
The service
Veltor is an abuse prevention API for SaaS. It evaluates benefit claims against rules configured by the customer and returns allow or deny. Customers decide which data to provide, configure their rules, and remain responsible for how they use each result. Veltor is not identity verification, payment-fraud prevention, or a guarantee that abuse will be detected.
Your data and responsibilities
You retain ownership of data you submit. You give Veltor permission to process it only as needed to provide, protect, and improve the service. You are responsible for having the rights and notices needed to send that data to Veltor and for complying with laws that apply to your use.
Acceptable use
Do not use Veltor to break the law, harm others, probe or disrupt the service, bypass usage limits, distribute malicious code, or access data you are not authorized to use. Do not resell or copy the service except through a written agreement with Veltor.
Plans and payment
Paid plans, usage allowances, overages, taxes, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown when you purchase a plan. You are responsible for charges you authorize. Unless required by law or stated at purchase, payments are non-refundable.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Veltor. We work to keep the service available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party services may affect availability.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Veltor at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect Veltor, other customers, or third parties; respond to unlawful activity; prevent security harm; or address a material breach of these terms.
Ownership
Veltor and its software, documentation, designs, and trademarks belong to Veltor or its licensors. These terms give you a limited right to use the service while your account remains active; they do not transfer ownership of the service.
Disclaimers and liability
Veltor is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Veltor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. To the extent permitted by law, Veltor’s total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid Veltor during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Veltor changes. We will post the updated version here and change the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice.
